I never expected much for my 22nd bday, maybe just simple 'happy birthday' messages from my dearest frens, but I got so much more than that. So this post is dedicated to every single person who has made this day so special for me.

xian: i was like goin 'aww...' over ur sms til the part when u said u were goin to watch ocean's thirteen! arghhh!! haha. i'm just kiddin. chats with u over msn while at work helped time to pass faster and kept me in a good mood =) u're also one of the few singtel subscribers ard so i can personally websms a heartfelt thank you. and u actually volunteered to pass the word ard! haha. 谢谢你！

it was so funny! hilarious! heart warming =) esp the bday song, blowin of candles, cuttin of cake, shadow (!!!) pluggin me into the av system such that i was on tv and my voice was comin out of the surround sound speakers (!!!), 'ORHHH'-ing at 阿旺新传... love u all =)

although the coordination between u and yj was erm.. i dunno how to describe.. hilarious? wat with the faked tummy ache.. the 'yes-no' which ended up as 'yat..yat..yat..yat!!'.. the which one is our letter box?'.. the 'oh my fren called' when it was clearly hinlye's voice over the phone.. the 'lets go downstairs to exchange chocolates'. haha. i actually din suspect a thing! whoa.. u guys are gd. haha. now i can tell my mum that hey, i actually blew candles, made a wish and cut and ate a bday cake in 北京！

thanks to one and all, both friends and family (and family dog) for makin this day such a special one for me. my first overseas bday celebration and the most heart warming bday celebration to date. it's nice to know that u're remembered (and missed) even/especially when u're overseas. this sounds really old fashioned and cliche but words cnt express how u guys made me feel. warm, fuzzy feelin deep inside. =)
