My first paper sucked. Literally.
Flipped over the cover page to the first question and was grinning for a good 30 seconds while I read and highlighted the figures. Got instantly deflated once I read the last part of the question:
"
...
you are to propose and discuss suitable computer-based approaches
for developing cost models
which will produce reliable estimates for
...
"
Suddenly, the figures that I had highlighted just a couple of moments before didn't look as appealing.
sigh.
It doesn't help that this bloody question is worth 40 marks. Feel so slaughtered. Well. At least everyone else felt the same way.
Went home with the intention to gym, then study. Did neither. I slacked, watched cable and snoozed. Woke up for dinner, watched Mr. and Mrs. Smith on dvd with the Cruizer in hand, tried to read a little, slept.
Woke up refreshed this mornin and went downstairs for some good 'ole kopidiam breakfast - 2 half-boiled eggs, 2 thin slices of kaya toast and 1 cuppa teh-o makes a good start to any morning.
Ok! Shall make the best of today and study marketing.
Ah yes. A piece of good news worth sharing: I'll be going for an interview on Monday. haha. Although it's kinda rushed and it's not exactly the career I have in mind, I'm glad that I've taken myself one step closer to getting a job (even though it's a baby step). Wish me luck, people.
Ok. Time to get started. Marketing The Core beckons.
